First, thank you for visiting my blog, and welcome to Sweet n Salty Pretzels. One of the first questions people ask me is, "Where did you come up with such a wonderful idea...these pretzels are incredible?"
In a word, "Tradition"...my sweet and savory pretzel delights have been a staple of our family's "Holiday Gift Giving" tradition for decades, my Mom being the person who introduced me to the joys, and tradition of making "Holiday Pretzels" as gifts for our family and friends. Recipients of these gifts started calling me up and asking if they could place an order, or would I make them some as gifts for their friends. My families "Christmas Time Tradition" was suddenly looking more like a fledgling young confectionery business, which is how "Sweet ~N~ Salty Pretzels" was born.
